Very easy and convenient very friendly staff, special mention to William who help us all through the process my first time to rent in Alamo and certainly not the last one. I will definitely recommend to everyone and rent again in the future hopefully soon very happy customer Alvin 😀

Wir waren zu acht unterwegs und haben einen Renault TRAFFIC 8+1 D gemietet. Das Fahrzeug war top gepflegt, sauber, modern und sparsam. Die Gangschaltung lief butterweich, die Rückfahrkamera war ein echtes Plus. Die Abholung war unkompliziert, mit kurzen Wegen. Der Mitarbeiter hat in Ruhe alles erklärt, uns nicht unter Zeitdruck gesetzt und sogar noch hilfreiche Reisetipps gegeben, immer mit einem freundlichen Lächeln. Besonders angenehm: Als unser Rückflug um zwei Stunden verschoben wurde, konnten wir das Auto nach kurzer Absprache auch zwei Stunden später zurückgeben. Die Rückgabe ging extrem schnell, die Mitarbeiterin hat bereits auf dem Parkplatz auf uns gewartet. Kurz darauf kam per E-Mail direkt das Übergabeprotokoll und die hinterlegte Kaution wurde sehr zügig wieder freigegeben. Rundum ein hervorragender Service, absolut empfehlenswert!

Very happy with my experience at Alamo in Pula. The car was clean and well maintained, serving was exceptional, all around would highly recommend renting from them. To top it off, I was greeted by name when I arrived to pickup, and as I was dropping off my family at the front of the airport, the return agent noticed me and came over to help, taking care of of the return curbside and drove the car to the lot for me. Top notch service all around.

Everything perfect! This is the second time I rent with Alamo and I will definitely come back again to them. The car was virtually new, the price was very fair and picking up as well as returning the car was extremely easy and fast. The counter is within the airport and the cars parked right outside, so no need for any shuttle bus hassle. Great service and price!!

Zum ersten Mal, aber sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal über Alamo einen Mietwagen gebucht. Unkompliziert, unaufdringlich, sympathisch, professionell. Einfach so wie man es sich als Kunde wünscht.

Very happy with my rental car - I got a brand new car (it was only a month old!), which was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful, when I arrived I did not have to wait at all: they knew my name and my car was waiting for me in the parking lot. Returning the car went smooth as well. Great experience, would definitely rent again here.

Very friendly, honest, and professional staff. Both the pickup and return of the vehicle were quick and very efficient. The car (VW Golf) was clean and served us perfectly throughout our trip in Istria. At pickup, we were clearly informed about the different insurance options (cost, deductible, risks, etc.) without any pressure to buy. I highly recommend this company!
