VETURA RENT A CAR - PULA

Hired a car from here and the staff were lovely. Very professional and zero stress, wanted us to enjoy our holiday. Car was covered in little red arrows but it was prefect for our trip to Aquapark Aquacolors.

Wir hatten für 4 Tage einen Opel corsa und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Übergabe wird sehr genau durchgeführt sowie die Abgabe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen. Der Preis war völlig in Ordnung und alle Kilometer frei.

Worst service and worst manager. Firstly, it’s hard to catch somebody and it’s not clear when the place is really open. Secondly, we had a very very disappointing situation when we finally found a manager, choose car, sign all papers and wanted to pay and give cash, but he told that it’s okay, just pay when you will come in 1 hour to take car. We come in 1.5 hours with lots of bags, stroller, 2 kids, ready for the trip and he told sorry I gave a car to somebody else because you didn’t show up….seriously…why he at least couldn’t call us. So I was standing with lots of bought tickets with no car.

Super flexible and fast reservation possible - got a opel Corsa for a good price - the agent explained all very well and the driving was excellent. Directly located opposite of the supermarket 👍 price was also good. Would recommend it and come back.

I have rented cars several times in my life at various places around the world. Never have I found a more sincere, thorough and customer first oriented person at a car rental shop than Zoran who runs this place.

Great service - quick and efficient, reasonable pricing (cheaper price if you book at the website) . Very good pick up and drop off service.
