Europe Yachts Charter Croatia, Greece, Montenegro, Italy and France

They offer catamarans in Croatia and Greece, but we discovered too late that in Greece they subcontract to Crystal Sea. We paid a very high price for a new catamaran and experienced several breakdowns: the generator failed twice, a bathroom had issues, the dinghy’s engine broke… and the upholstery was dirty. Crystal Sea sent a mechanic who wasn’t very successful. We requested a partial refund from our provider, Europe Yachts, who we had paid, but they refused

Completely unsatisfied, stay away. We rented a 50f Catamaran in Split from this agency. The contract promised to board the boat at 5pm worst and our agent was suggesting we might sail around 2-3pm. We were stuck in the marina until 7pm because there were several issues with the boat. First a terrible smell, then replacement for some ropes. I mailed the agent hoping he could help but didn’t get a reply until I sent him another, a few days later "thanking" for his ignorance. The skipper Luka and hostess Gabriela were excellent and Luka confirmed several other engineering issues with the boat. The promised paddleboard has had a broken fin, holding strap was not there and there was no shove. Agent also asked us to pay tourist tax - which turned our can only be collected at the marina. We have had to pay at the marina (again) and when asked, agently curtly wrote "Ok, we’ll refund". I’m sure agency was aware of how tax works but tried to screw us. We previously sailed in 2 different countries, countless times but never had such treatment.

Enjoyed a flawless experience with Europe Yachts Charter. Our representative Mario took care of every last detail. He went above and beyond by meeting with me the day before our charter at our hotel with a local captain to walk us thru our itinerary. Thank you.

If you are going to Croatia ask for the best team out there, Nikola Palada and Marijeta Plenca. They are so very nice and and thoughtful they will do everything to make your trip perfect. This team is what made this vacation even better.
