We Used Primus this August for our 50th Wedding Anniversary The boat was new and the crew were absolutely fabulous, friendly they all worked so hard to make it such a fun week And we are all 8 of us returning next year Josip was always available during booking process and Vlad the Captain was also great and we had all kept in touch on our Split Happens group

To all yacht owners; be verry careful with this company. He is using MYBA contracts and using the really strict. MYBA contracts are quite ok till something happens with your yacht; if you have any issue (force major or not) and due to these issue, you can not perform the charter stipulated in these contracts this company will charge you his Central Agent- and his brokers- commissions anyway, even if he is informed about the issues long before the charter happens, and even if he could do a Charteree swap to another vessel. So solution is; sign the MYBA contracts only at the last moment and just before the charter happens. If you sign before he will claim all commissions, even for charters what did not happen! If you fail to pay his commissions, he will take hostage of your vessel on promotional websites like Yachtfolio, so you also can not swap to another CA. BE CAREFULL is the message.

I am giving this one star only because of the boat itself – the vessel was beautiful, stable, clean, and gave us some wonderful moments on the water. Unfortunately, everything else about the experience was far below expectations. We rented the boat 2Drunk for 5 nights (09.08-14.09) with a skipper and a captain. This was supposed to be our wedding trip, as well as the very first time our 8-year-old son would sleep on a boat. We were picked up from Split airport and taken to the marina in Trogir. We arrived around 12:30, and while both the captain and the skipper were there, the boat was not ready. Despite being greeted with a symbolic gift from the organizer, we had to wait for hours while the crew went shopping. Only at 17:00 did we finally depart. It is important to mention that nothing dramatic or catastrophic happened – but when the crew is unprofessional, it inevitably affects the atmosphere, especially in such a small space. Here are just a few examples: • Constant swearing from the captain (who knew very well that I understood him). • Smoking of both electronic and regular cigarettes on board. • Complaints when we asked to turn off the generator at night (extremely noisy); instead of air conditioning, we preferred open windows. • Generator being switched on again during the night, disturbing our sleep in the cabin. • One morning we could not leave until 11:00 because the captain was not even on the boat (in Zadar). • The captain and skipper were drinking from the wine and gin that we had purchased ourselves. • The captain occupied one of the cabins, where he spent hours during the day watching/listening to things at high volume that could be heard all over the boat. • Without consulting us, he changed the agreed overnight plan and returned early to Trogir. After many excuses, he immediately left the boat upon arrival – only for us to discover his wife, baby, and mother-in-law were waiting for him for dinner at the marina’s restaurant. • The skipper also left, saying we could text her if we needed anything. Once again, we were left alone on the boat. When we decided to complain to the organizers, the "customer service" was catastrophic. Instead of taking the time to listen and resolve the situation, we received a call defending the captain as "perfect," claiming that he had made changes to the itinerary for our benefit, and that our complaint was damaging his reputation. In the end, without any invoices for fuel, shopping, or other costs, the final bill was exactly the same as the deposit we had left. To this day, we have received neither an apology nor any compensation. We even disembarked a day earlier – since the captain had docked us at a terrible spot at the very end of the marina, charging €3,500, and then leaving us completely on our own. We chose instead to spend our last night at a five-star hotel in Split. To be fair: the natural beauty of Dalmatia is breathtaking, and the boat itself was lovely. If you want to rent it bareboat (without crew), you might still enjoy the experience. But if you expect service – friendliness, professionalism, hospitality – we cannot recommend it. Cold, basic, unfriendly, and with an attitude that left us deeply disappointed!

Abbiamo prenotato con quest’agenzia un catamarano per trascorrere una settimana presso le isole incoronate. L’esperienza con la compagnia che ci hanno consigliato: Master Yachting d.o.o., non è stata delle migliori: il catamarano che era sporco ed aveva alcune cose che non funzionavano quali: ventilatore che l’equipaggio non sapeva aggiustare, lenzuola bucate, macchina del ghiaccio rotta, ed infine dopo aver consultato la hostess che ci aveva detto di portare le cialde per la macchina del caffè abbiamo scoperto che in barca c’era solo la moka, che per giunta si è rotta il secondo giorno. Anche l’equipaggio è stato poco disponibile: la hostess la mattina non riusciva mai a farci la colazione puntuale e spesso dovevamo aiutarla, inoltre ci ha fatto acquistare sulle isole molto cibo che poi non ha utilizzato. Una sera infine, vi era un forte temporale e lo skipper ha deciso di andare ancorare al porto. Sulla barca con noi c’era anche una ragazza di 17 anni che aveva problemi mi deambulazione. Bene quella sera sia lo skipper che la hostess hanno deciso di scendere dalla barca, lasciandoci così al proto con il temporale per andare a cena. Sono certa che tutto era in sicurezza ma la cosa ci ha molto turbati. Lo skipper infine, ogni sera abbandonava il catamarano per andare chissà dove con il tender, inoltre non era mai interessato a spiegarci cosa stessimo vedendo durante la navigazione. Consigli: insistere per pagare alla fine le pulizie. Chiarire bene i compiti della Hostess prima di prenotare ed insistere per concordare menù. Fare un meeting ad inizio vacanza con lo skipper spiegando bene l’itinerario concordato.
